"Many of my friends had horror stories about engagement ring shopping-- from the millions of decisions, to not fully understanding the difference between two settings. I had originally started shopping at a few larger retailers, but I left feeling even more confused and feeling like I was being "sold" to-- either on the warranty or stone size. A few friends recommended that I meet with Andy; I wish I would have saved myself the time and just started with him. The process, from start to finish was seamless and the outcome was perfection. "Andy and I have been working together for years on a business level. He has always turned my projects in a reasonable time providing excellent service. Recently I injured my finger and had to have my wedding ring of 25 years removed in ER. When I got home I knew exactly who to contact. I sent my ring from WI up to Andy to have it resized. Upon inspection he informed me my center diamond prongs needed to be replaced which is reasonable after 25 years of heavy wear and tear. I approved to have that done. I told him I was never a big fan of the quality of trillian stones on the sides. Andy set out to find me the right stones to match my center Stone. He had to order twice to get the right color so my ring would look stunning. When I received my ring back it was amazing and it was a tad to big. Not his fault my fault for not waiting for all the swelling to go down before measure my finger. I sent the ring back up and a week later he overnight it to me again. Andy provided stellar customer service and quality workmanship on a ring he did not sell. My wedding ring looks like brand new. He hand polished it and I feel like a new bride. "When my fiance and I started talking about marriage we knew we wanted a sapphire center stone for my ring. I had fallen in love with a padparadscha color sapphire which he bought (online!) for me, but we needed a local jeweler to set it. We searched and searched, and while I thought many rings were beautiful nothing quite felt like "me". Finally we found Andy and as I browsed his portfolio I realized I loved everything he made!
